As always, I had a great time at Con in the Cob.  I enjoyed gaming, drinking and drawing (often simultaneously), and talking with other artists about art.  It was a wonderful time.

Like every Con, I seem to have an amazing capacity to get sick before or during the show.  It’s probably mostly due to the lack of sleep combined with the stress of not having my booth properly prepared.  I need to just down a boat-load of vitamins in the weeks leading up to the fall shows, get as much sleep as possible, and start laying out the booth in advance.

Other than the sickness, this year’s convention circuit went very well.  I continued my trend of increasing year-over-year sales, learned a lot about the limitations of my previous approach to my sales, got a few commissions at shows this year, and licensed a few pieces for a card game.
